A’FACTREE ARCHITECTS is a full service National Award winning firm in Kerala, founded in the year 2010 by Architect duo Arjun Rajan and Archana R. Arjun, and has extensive experience in designing many building types like Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Conservation, Hospitality, Healthcare, Landscape, Renovation, Restoration and Interiors spanning both the public and private sectors.
We, at A’FACTREE believe that there’s so much more to Architecture than what meets the eye. Hence, we are dedicated to creating designs that make a positive difference in the world where people live happier and healthier lives. Through careful siting, selection of appropriate and sustainable materials and systems, our buildings strive to tread lightly on the planet.
Our designs evolve from a collaborative studio process of involving the client, Architect, and other specialist consultants through which we exceed expectations to achieve design excellence. Each member of our firm brings a wide variety of experience and expertise and our outside consultants with whom we have established a long-established relationship provide our clients with a complete range of related services to complement our own design capabilities.
With a decade of successful professional practice, we also take pride in our thorough construction drawings and specifications as well as in the careful management and supervision of the construction process.

Since the firm’s inception, Arjun has demonstrated that the Architect is not larger than the project and each project-regardless of scope and complexity, is the most important project. He is a detail oriented and hands on Architect who puts the goals of the Client and/or building User before his own. According to him, winning design awards is not the main objective; but his goals on every project are to ensure first and foremost that the Client/Users goals and objectives are met, so that at the end of the project, he knows that the Client is satisfied and happy with the result.

Archana’s approach to design is driven by a strong social agenda. She sees architecture as the ideal mix of two of her passions: protecting the environment and effecting change. Through her work, she strives to influence how people live and the way they treat the environment. With her own unique kind of participation in the firm, she has developed a close working relationship with clients which has helped the firm understand each client’s unique requirements and needs, to assure that they are addressed and appropriate solutions are reflected in the project’s design.By maintaining a design philosophy that is open and collaborative, she never stops learning and evolving.
