The project is an office building designed for M/s. Maveli Marine Products Pvt.Ltd – a leading cold storage and exporter of fisheries in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. With an already well-established business in export, the plan was to venture into the local retail market with the export quality antibiotic free fishes. However, due to an unfortunate business crisis, the client had to terminate the project which was structurally 75% complete and sell it at that stage.
